Is Featured an advert?
Yes. You pay for an article, which is why it always carries the label "Featured · advertorial". We still write it in our own voice, honestly and with real facts, so it genuinely means something to the reader.
Do you take a commission on the sale?
No. You pay a fixed price for the article and its publication. We are publishers, not estate agents. You arrange the sale, the viewings and the paperwork with your own estate agent.
What does it cost?
A fixed price per package. After your request you’ll get a proposal with the price, tailored to what you’d like to show.
Is there a free article as well?
Sometimes we write about someone who really helped us or our readers, in our "In conversation with" series. We choose those ourselves; they can’t be requested or bought.
In which languages will my article appear?
In Dutch, and on request in English and Russian too. We then rewrite it for those readers rather than translating it word for word.
Can you take photos as well?
Yes, if that’s possible in your area. You can also use your own photos, as long as they show things as they really are.
